Well, kinda. I've been working on this:<div><br /><div><a href="http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y165/Gollum999/Papercrafting/dog.png"><img src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhnfocKibYRheZQ7wOMoZlquta1M0qmdSp2-9ZHzE0JlPeY9ZC5zjCIwcBiSXGJ-KsQ0I1m0WMMWvitoZMMXN3PDhRoEG6W4KvEreL-4H4yr8E_ay0l-d_V-gKLdGWG0KSDobhJ71lbSPc/s400/dog.png" style="display:block; margin:0px auto 10px; text-align:center;cursor:pointer; cursor:hand;width: 400px; height: 346px;" border="0" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5504694014109542034" /></a><br /></div><div>I actually have been working on this model for... umm... a little over a year, I think. Well, depending on your definition of "working". :p I worked on it for a good 2 months when I first started, but then real life reared its ugly head once again. (Well, that and TF2.) So I kinda stopped working on it for like... 6 months. But then I realized how long it had been sitting on my desk unfinished, and I decided that I had procrastinated long enough. So I've spent the past 4 or 5 months trying to finish it up. I actually finished testbuilding about 3 months ago, and I told people it would be publicly released within a few weeks. (Obviously, it wasn't.) Yeah, umm... sorry about that. >.< I had a <i>lot</i> more to fix than I had originally anticipated. But whatever, I'm done now.<br /><br />But enough about me, let's talk about the model!</div><div><br /></div><div>This is Dog, from Half-Life 2, but I assume you already knew that. If you didn't know that... then leave the cave you have been living in and go play Half-Life 2. :O</div><div><ul><li>18 pages</li><li>381 pieces</li><li>11.9" x 9.6" x 9.6" (30.1 cm x 24.3 cm x 24.3 cm)</li></ul><div>Also, if you couldn't already tell, it's a pretty tough model. Definitely not a good craft for beginners. ;)</div></div><div><br /></div><div>Now here's the part you've all been waiting for:</div><div><br /></div><div><a href="http://www.mediafire.com/?c53izrcszg2a26s">DOWNLOAD</a></div><div><br /></div><div>Thanks for your patience, everybody. ^_^</div></div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com18tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-702191835116879349.post-46982071850542423732009-08-24T00:13:00.003-05:002009-08-24T00:29:54.674-05:00ReDeadThis one goes well with the Like Like. Well, I guess it's been a while since I've posted here... but I have returned with an amazing craft!
hellbringer17 (on the NP forums) found a Samus model, so I went ahead and turned it into a papercraft. I spent about 3 months working on it. :p
But now I'm done, and it was worth it!

They interviewed Ryo007, a fairly well known papercrafter. I have a bit of free time, so I figured I had better do what I said Iwould do months ago.<div><br /></div><div>Anyway, before I get into the official posts, I did want to make note of one thing: I am now part of the staff at <a href="http://www.nintendopapercraft.com/">Nintendo Papercraft</a>! Yay! Officially, my job is to be a Blogposter, a.k.a. someone who posts a craft when Drummyralf (the main owner) is away. But, since that doesn't happen too often, I also am a Moderator on <a href="http://www.zapotlanejo.info/Nintendopapercraftforum/index.php">the forum</a>! So... yeah. Basically, I'm supposed to help people out, make people follow the rules, etc. It's pretty cool.</div><div><br /></div><div>So... I guess that's it. The main reason I wanted to get this blog started is because I've got a few projects that I'm working on, (<b>really big</b> projects,) but I wanted to have my old models posted here before I posted my new ones.</div><div><br /></div><div>Oh yeah, one last thing: I'll also be posting my tutorials here. Most of them are about how to design your own models. So keep an eye out.</div>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-702191835116879349.post-89541988073732403532008-06-18T18:51:00.003-05:002008-06-18T19:04:23.844-05:00An Update (Finally)Okay, if you were one of the few people who knew about this blog, you may have noticed that I haven't posted anything. Yeah. I've been working on a lot of things. But I have made a decision about this blog.<br /><br />I originally had an idea for this blog. I was going to post every good papercraft I could find, but then put a mirror to the file, (because many had broken links,) some tips for building it, some reference pictures, etc. It was a good idea, but it would basically take an hour or two every day to compile everything for every file. I don't have that kind of time. Or rather, I do have that kind of time, but I'd rather spend it on more important things. :p<br /><br />But anyway, I'm <i>not</i> going to delete this blog. I considered it for a second, but I realized a better purpose. Now, this blog is solely for my own custom papercrafts and stuff like pics of my collection. I've made about 10-ish papercrafts by hand, although most of them have never been released because I never finished editing.<br /><br />So, if I can get a spare moment or two, I'll start fixing some of my models so I can put them here. So, start looking forward to some updates soon. For reals this time.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-702191835116879349.post-68616497833045149412008-04-03T10:56:00.004-05:002008-04-03T11:26:43.189-05:00Getting StartedSorry it's taken me so long to get this started, (although I doubt anyone has read it so far,) but I have an explanation. Many of the models I find have a few glitches here and there, and other models tend to disappear. So, I've been looking for a good file hosting service. Well, today I found one. <a href="http://www.mediafire.com/index.php">MediaFire</a>. It looks like exactly what I've been looking for. I was considering using <a href="https://share.acrobat.com">Adobe SHARE</a>, but I didn't know enough about it and it's still in beta stage.<br /><br />Anyway, I was looking for a file hosting service that basically had virtually no download restrictions. MediaFire is what I was looking for; no bandwidth limit, no file expiration, etc. The only real limit is 100MB max per file, but I really don't care about that because I don't plan on uploading any humongous files that I can't split or compress. I think that you have infinite storage, too. So... yeah.<br /><br />So, here's the first papercraft! It's one that I made myself; the impossible triangle illusion. This is the first papercraft that I made myself, so expect a few mistakes. You can see pictures and a video of it on <a href="http://gollum999.blogspot.com/2007/11/impossible-triangle.html">The Blog</a>.<br /><br /><a href="http://www.mediafire.com/?jgyn035jday">http://www.mediafire.com/?jgyn035jday</a>Unknownnoreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-702191835116879349.post-43017207500817235322008-03-30T14:03:00.001-05:002008-03-30T14:14:36.515-05:00IntroHey, it's me. As many of you know, I'm into making models out of paper, or papercraft. Well, I recently found about 50+ awesome new models on this one forum. I also have been making a few models of my own. So, instead of posting them on my other blog, <a href="http://www.gollum999.blogspot.com">The Blog</a>, I decided to create a new blog dedicated solely to papercrafts. I will still be putting papercraft updates on my other blog as well, but they'll probably just be a picture and a link to the post on this blog.<br /><br />Anyway...<br /><br />This blog is going to be mainly for Nintendo papercrafts, but if I find something non-Nintendo that is really awesome, I'll put that here too. I will NOT post about every papercraft I find. There are plenty of blogs that already do that. This is only for papercraft that I really like and my own creations. Feel free to send me links to papercrafts, but I won't guarantee that I'll post about them. But I always enjoy finding new models, so give me the link if you think I'll like it.Unknownnoreply@blogger.com0
